When you register to participate in Wowyow program for use of WowYow Technology as an advertiser or publisher, we require you to provide us with some Personally Identifiable Data. "Personally Identifiable Data" is information that can specifically identify you. Your provision of your Personally Identifiable Data to us is completely voluntary. We do not collect Personally Identifiable Data unless you submit that information to us. Personally Identifiable Data is not collected on Partner Sites through the operation of our Technology itself.
Personal Data
We may collect certain types of information on the users of WowYow technology strictly for the purposes of bettering our technology and products. Technical Data, which includes but not limited to: internet protocol (IP) address, browser and device information, mobile device identifiers and location data. Usage Data, which includes information about how users use our technology and advertisements, including how many times someone viewed the ad, clicked the ad, etc. to improve our Services and mitigate fraudulent activities.

WowYow technology does not use cookie trackers within the technology itself. Advertisers and publishers partners may have their own cookie tracking methods outside of WowYow’s control.
WowYow deploys third party ad fraud technology which may use cookies to conduct research and identify fraudulent and malicious activity. WowYow does not gain access to information stored in these cookies and only uses the resulting output of the fraud detection technology to better run our ad network and verify advertising traffic. (i.e. this is a bot)
Unless the consumer chooses to provide it to us, our Technology does not collect any sensitive consumer information about themselves during the ad delivery process.
Age Regulations
WowYow Technology is intended for an audience above the age of 18. Neither our Website nor our Technology / advertising services are developed for, intended for, or directed at, children, and we do not knowingly collect information about children under the age of 18.
